When Dale came home with a small copper mold from his grandmother, I knew it was time to take the leap into the jello world. After doing some research and finding some spectacular inspiration (check out The Jello Mold Mistress of Brooklyn to be amazed), I dove in with true Lindsey style by improvising the whole thing.

Because my copper mold was so small, I also used a flat bowl as a secondary mold. I think it turned out looking pretty awesome:
Like I said, I used too much gelatin to make eating the fruit part of the jello pleasurable. The milk portions, however, remained quite creamy and piña colada-like. I am clearly a newbie to this process, but I'm looking forward to trying out some more molds. They just look so crazy and colorful!
