When thinking about a birthday celebration I couldn't help but think about a cute outfit to wear. How much fun would it be to wear this outfit out for your birthday? Yes, that is a tutu dress, which is more my style than Lindsey's, but I thought she would still enjoy the look of it. Who doesn't love the combo of a tux and a tutu!?!
